PAYMENT

• How do I pay?
Payment options available are BDO/BPI/METROBANK over the counter bank deposit or Online Transfer, Paypal, and all major credit cards. Cebuana Llhuillier and LBC REMIT TO ACCOUNT.

 
• I don’t have a PayPal account! Can I pay with my credit card instead?
Yes, you can! Upon choosing PayPal as your mode of payment, you’ll be directed to another website which will allow you to choose whether you have a PayPal account or if you wish to pay via credit card directly.


• How do I pay via Bank Deposit?
Please choose your preferred bank (BDO/ BPI/ METROBANK) upon check out. Upload your proof of payment by clicking Bank Deposit Confirmation located in our bottom header. Or you can send it in via our email [email protected] or VIBER at 0905-2305359. Please include your full name and order number upon sending your proof of payment. 


• I was not able to make it to the bank deposit deadline, should I re-order?
Orders are automatically forfeited/cancelled once the payment deadline has passed as our system only allows one whole banking day to settle orders that wishes to pay via bank deposit. Just re-order when you are sure you have free time to visit a bank to deposit the payment.


• How do I pay if I’m not currently in the Philippines?
For international transactions, we can accept remittances to our bank account but the easiest way is to pay via credit card or PayPal.


PRODUCTS

• Are your products authentic?
Yes, all of our products are guaranteed to be authentic and are directly imported from the country of origin; most of our products are exclusively distributed by Bright Skin here in the Philippines.


• Are the products effective?
Yes, we would not want to distribute ineffective products, but of course it will still depend on whether the product is well suited for your skin as choosing the right skin care for you personally is a trial and error process. You won’t know what works best for you until you try it for yourself.


• Are the products safe?
Yes, we make sure that the products are FDA approved from their country of origin and are GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) certified. We also recommend doing a test patch first before fully using the purchased products to check whether you have certain allergic reactions you are not aware of.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• How long does it take to receive my orders?
After the payment has been confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 working days for the delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided once its already available. Please check your account or click the “order tracking” link in our home page.


• Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please take note that these shipping rates will depend on the weight of the package. Please contact us via [email protected] or Viber at +63905-2305359 so we can assist you personally with your orders. Our website is not capable of international orders as of the moment. 


• Is there an additional shipping fee?
Most of our products comes with free shipping nationwide. In the case of some products that don’t come with free shipping we have a flat shipping rate of 60php for within Metro Manila and 150php for Provincial addresses. It’s a flat rate so order as much as you want!
For international shipping rates, it will be dependent on the weight of the package. For more questions, please contact us.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

• What is your return policy?
To uphold the standards of personal hygiene, we do not accept returns for any products at the moment.


• The product is damaged when I opened it and is unusable! What now?
We ensure that the products that leave our warehouse are in perfect condition but factory defects do occur from time to time. In this case, we would be more than happy to replace your item.Contact us so we can arrange a replacement. Please remember that exchange requests will undergo first an investigation and verification process to ensure the claim is not fraudulent. 

 

• I have changed my mind and want to cancel my paid orders. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only issued in special cases where the seller is clearly at fault (e.g. unable to fulfill an order due to inventory problems, glitch in the website, etc.) Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.

 

OTHERS

• Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we only have retail partners that carry our brand/products. You can visit our branches if you find it easier to purchase in store. Please note that not in store prices are not always the same with ones you see online. To know more about where you can buy our products in store please click Our Partners.


• Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we often give out free samples for every 2,000php worth of orders. Free samples though are not guaranteed per order and are subject to availability.


• Can you notify me when an “out of stock” product is back in stock?
Yes, if you like an item in particular that is currently out of stock just sign up for an account and you’ll be automatically notified once the product is back in stock.


• Can I request or suggest a product or brand?
Yes of course! We’d love to hear from you! Just contact us.


• Do you accept wholesale/ drop shipping orders?
Yes, we accept wholesale/stockist/ bulk orders. We also accept drop shipping orders. Please click Be a Distributor in our main menu or contact us to know more.
